The US banking system downgraded
The US banking system has been downgraded by Moody’s
Moody’s Investors Service cut its view on the entire US banking system to negative from stable. The firm, which is part of the big three rating services, mentioned “rapid deterioration in the operating environment”. This decision comes right after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, Silvergate Bank and Signature Bank which caused regulators to intervene in the last couple of days in order to protect depositors and save the US Banking system.
